Connecting with your photographer is so important. We will be with you all day, so we want you to feel comfortable with us. Once you submit your inquiry form (here), we will reach out to schedule a phone call so we can start getting to know each other.

An engagement session is a great way for us to get to know one another and for you to get a feel for how we work. It also gives you an excuse to take a break, slow down a bit, and spend some quality time with your person. If an engagement session is not in the cards, we would love to meet up for a coffee and a chat.

We take thousands of photos throughout your wedding. We document all the big and in between moments of you and your guests. We then pick the best photos and edit each one by hand. Although it can be an arduous process, your final gallery becomes a collection of images that tells your unique story. And thats something we're super proud of.
Delivery:

We want to help you experience the joy from your day over and over. Whether it's a fine art album, prints on the walls of your home, or a decorative print box, we'll help you select the perfect heirlooms to cherish those memories for years to come.
Didn't select a package that included albums of prints, no problem. Your gallery is directly linked to our private print shop. We have hand picked fine art print labs to ensure the quality of prints are unmatched.

HOW DO WE BOOK WITH YOU?
If you connect with our work and think we may be a good fit for your day, reach out by filling our inquiry form here. We will be in touch soon to set up a phone call where we can start getting to know each other. We limit ourselves to 15-20 weddings each year to be able to serve our clients to the best of our ability. To finalize your date, we require a signed digital contract and paid online invoice.

CAN WE MEET BEFORE THE WEDDING?
Of course! We love getting to know our couples before the big day. An engagement session is the best way to get spend uninterrupted time getting to know each other and give you a little comfort by experiencing how we work. Our job is to tell your story to the best of our ability and by learning who you are and what you're all about is the best way to do that. If an engagement session is not in the cards, we are just as happy to meet for coffee or a walk with our dogs... our children may be there too.

HOW AND WHEN ARE IMAGES DELIVERED?
After image selections have been made and each image has been individually edited, you will receive an email with a link to your personal online gallery within 8-16 weeks of your wedding. Here you can view and download web and print size images to enjoy how you wish. You can also make prints and albums directly from your online gallery with our attached print shop.

WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT PROCESS?
To reserve your date 50% of your total package cost as a retainer is due at bookinga long with a signed digital contract. The remaining balance is collected one week prior to your wedding day.
We accept payment through Venmo, Zelle, or we have recently added the use of a Credit Card through Stripe for an additional fee of 2.9% of your total package.

ARE YOU BOTH AT EVERY WEDDING?
The plan is for it to always be Maxx and Bre at your wedding. We believe our husband-wife dynamic is a huge bonus when it comes to documenting your day. Our couples always treat us like guests and family and it truely feels like we're on a special date when we are a part of your wedding. We make every effort to both be present, but as we all know, emergencies happen. If ever a situation like this arises we call one of our trusted second shooters (all experienced wedding photographers themselves) You will still receive Gin & July finishing touches to your full gallery..

CAN I POST AND PRINT OUR PHOTOS?
Yes! Once you receive your online gallery you have free riegn to print, post, and use your photos as you wish. Your gallery is directly connected to our curated print shop for your convenience. We've hand selected fine art print labs to ensure the quality of the heirloom items you choose are unmatched.
You can also download your images and print them wherever you like!
If you post your photos on social media, all we ask if that you do not place filters on the photos and tag us for credit. Word of mouth is a huge way we continue to stay in business!

ARE YOU WILLING TO TRAVEL OUTSIDE OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA?
Although we are based in San Clemente, we happily capture weddings in Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Diego. Our passion for travel extends globally - we're available worldwide, with the additional cost of travel and lodging. Please reach out to hear more about what is included in a travel wedding.
